John Wick’s Film Adaptation Director “Wants To Do it Right”

Sucker Punch’s Ghost of Tsushima will be a big-screen production and Chad Stahelski is making his passion very clear. Although game adaptations are not a popular choice, Stahelski says that he simply wants to make it right.

Stahelski, who is best known for his work as a director of John Wick mentioned to IGN that he would like Ghost of Tsushima to be made because he “knows how video game adaptations can go.” His statement includes the following:

We want it to be done right. Video game adaptations can be very frustrating. We’re slowing down and making sure it goes right. To make sure that we keep it great, we work closely with the game developers.

Stahelski confirmed that they are still working on a script and said that Ghost of Tsushima was originally released in July 2020 for PS4. Ghost of Tsushima was originally released for PS4 in July 2020.
